It was perfectly clean inside. The location was prime, for example, an underground station was close enough to the venue. Many shopping centers and shopping centres were right next door. We thoroughly enjoyed the Italian cuisine in the restaurant

The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from a shopping mall and conveniently close to my workplace. I loved the spacious room and the amazing ocean view. The kitchen was well-equipped, and it was a bonus to have a washing machine.

The hotel is wonderful and excellent and in a MAGNIFICENT location to city centre mall. The staff are very amiable and amicable and offer concierge service and wake up service free of charge. It is nestled in the heart of the town, close to Quan Spa.

I had a wonderful experience at the Element. the staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was a good mix of fresh options, and the location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and the beach.

The location across from a mall and a short walk to the metro made exploring the city easy. The welcoming staff, including Siwar and Yosra, enhanced our experience. Our spacious apartment was well-equipped, and the restaurant offered great food. The wellness facilities added a touch of relaxation to our family bonding time. a nice stay!

A high floor room offered a gorgeous partial sea view, while the apartment was equipped with a king bed and two twins, perfectly accommodating my family. The cleanliness was admirable, and the three bathrooms were a great convenience. Reception staff were quite cordial. The breakfast spread was varied, including delicious fruits and fresh pastries, though it could use more vegetarian choices. The location is also fantastic, with quick access to shopping and local attractions.

I reckon our room was quiet and just perfect for a good night's sleep. Plus, the pool was just right for relaxin' after a long day. Loved it!

The view from my apartment was very nice, and the place was clean and well-furnished, making it perfect for families like mine.

I had a pretty rough experience with maintenance—my sink was clogged, and I had to deal with that myself; so unprofessional! Plus, the breakfast selection was limited and not great for a hotel of this size. To top it off, the pool was packed with noisy kids all day, leaving me to swim only late at night. Not cool!

The hotel's fitness center was fantastic, providing state-of-the-art equipment and ample space for a good workout.

The exit sign in my room was too bright at night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably without a mask.

The staff were so helpful and accommodating, especially Mr Jojo, Mr Alexander & Ms. Dinara, really felt appreciated as a guest.
